4th sitting of the ad hoc Commission for the 2023/2024 term on amendments to the Regulations of the Students’ Union

We would like to inform you that the 4th sitting of the ad hoc Commission of the Students’ Parliament of the UW for the 2023/2024 term on amendments to the Regulations of the Students’ Union of the UW has been convened.

The sitting will begin on 30 April 2024 (Tuesdayat 9:00 am. It will be held in hybrid mode. The stationary part will be held in room 100 of the Board of the Students’ Union of the University of Warsaw building at 24 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Warsaw, while the remote part will be held using an electronic means of remote communication – Google Meet. The sitting will be held in Polish.

Agenda for the 4th sitting of the ad hoc Commission of the Students’ Parliament of the UW for the 2023/2024 term on amendments to the Regulations of the Students’ Union of the UW:
1. Adoption of the agenda of the sitting.
2. Discussion on the introduction of provisions in the Regulations of the Students’ Union of the University of Warsaw concerning elections to the electoral colleges of units other than faculties.
3. Discussion on amendments to the provisions of the Regulations of the Students’ Union of the University of Warsaw concerning elections to the Electoral College of the University of Warsaw.
4. Discussion on methods of voting in elections and determining election results.
5. Discussion on the differences between the regulations on ballot box voting and electronic voting.
6. Discussion on other amendments to the Electoral Regulations of the Students’ Union of the University of Warsaw and chapter four of section four of the Regulations of the Students’ Union of the University of Warsaw.
7. Current affairs and free motions.
