8th sitting of the Students’ Parliament of the UW for the 2024/2025 term

We would like to inform you that by Resolution No. 25/2024/2025 of the Speaker of the Students’ Parliament of the UW dated October  9, 2025,  the 8th sitting of the Students’ Parliament of the UW for the 2024/2025 term has been convened.

The sitting will begin on October 16,2025 (Thursday) at 6:45 pm. It will be held in room 200 of the Board of the Students’ Union of the University of Warsaw building at 24 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Warsaw. The sitting will be held in Polish.

Agenda for the 8th sitting of the Students’ Parliament of the UW for the 2024/2025 term:
1. Adoption of the agenda of the sitting.
2. Adoption of the minutes of the 7th sitting of the Students’ Parliament of the UW.
3.  Adoption of the minutes of the 1st extraordinary sitting of the Students’ Parliament of the UW.
4. Information from the Presidium of the Students’ Parliament of the UW.
5. Information from the Board of the Students’ Union of the UW.
6. Information from other bodies of the Students’ Union of the UW.
7. Information from student representatives in:
7.1. the Senate of the UW;
7.2. committees of the Senate of the UW;
7.3. the University Teaching and Learning Council;
7.4. other entities at the UW.
8. By-election of student representatives in the Senate of the UW.
9. By-election of members of the Revision Commission of the Students’ Union of the UW.
10. By-election of a member of the Electoral Committee of the Students’ Union of the UW.
11. By-election of a member of the Board of Appeals of the Students’ Union of the UW from among the members of the Students’ Parliament of the UW.
