Announcement after the 4th sitting of the Legal-Regulatory Commission for the 2023/2024 term

We would like to inform you that during the 4th sitting of the Legal-Regulatory Commission of the Students’ Parliament of the UW for the 2023/2024 term:

The Commission set out document templates related to elections to the Council of Scientific, Social and Artistic Organisations of the UW.

Pursuant to the Student Parliament’s of the UW resolution of 28 February 2024, effective from 28 March 2024, which amended Regulations of the Students’ Union of the UW and adopted the Regulations of the Council of Scientific, Social and Artistic Organisations of the UW (RONSiA), the Legal-Regulatory Commission was required to determine the document templates necessary for the first elections to the RONSiA. Accordingly, at yesterday’s sitting, the Commission adopted a template of the delegation card to represent the university student organisation at the assembly of university student organisations and university doctoral student organisations operating at the UW, which is to elect the members of the RONSiA, as well as a template of the ballot paper for elections to the RONSiA and a template of the nomination card for such elections.
